قتل 18 أشخاص من قبل الدعم السريع أثناء توغلهم في إحدى الأحياء الطرفية لمدينة الفاشر بولاية شمال دارفور فيما اختطفت 14 آخرين بينهم 3 فتيات إلى جهة غير معلومة.
تحذر شبكة أطباء السودان من عمليات القتل والخطف الذي تمارسها الدعم السريع ضد المدنيين العزل من داخل الأحياء السكنية كما تنوه إلى خطورة الأوضاع الإنسانية المتدهورة في مدينة الفاشر، حيث تستمر الاشتباكات العنيفة والقصف المدفعي والمسيرات الجوية لليوم الثاني على التوالي، ما أدى إلى انقطاع تام لأبسط مقومات الحياة وتزايد معاناة المدنيين بصورة غير مسبوقة.
وتشير الشبكة إلى أن التصعيد الأخير، المتمثل في تسلل الدعم السريع إلى الأحياء السكنية شمال المدينة وارتكاب جرائم قتل واعتقالات تعسفية بحق المدنيين، يمثل تهديداً مباشراً لحياة السكان ويضاعف من الكارثة الإنسانية.
إننا في شبكة أطباء السودان نؤكد أن استمرار هذا الوضع ينذر بعواقب وخيمة، ونطالب المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الإنسانية بالتحرك العاجل لتوفير الحماية للمدنيين وضمان وصول المساعدات الطبية والإنسانية بصورة آمنة ووقف الاشتباكات داخل الأحياء السكنية ومواقع تجمعات المدنيين.
Sudan Doctors Network :18 people were killed and 14 citizens, including 3 girls, were kidnapped from the Al-Fasher Terminal neighborhoods. The killings were carried out by the Rapid Support Forces in one of the peripheral neighborhoods of El Fasher, North Darfur State, while fourteen others, including three girls, were abducted and taken to an unknown destination.
The Sudan Doctors Network warns of the killings and kidnappings carried out by the Rapid Support Forces against defenseless civilians within residential neighborhoods. The Network also highlights the grave humanitarian situation in El Fasher, where violent clashes, artillery shelling, and airstrikes have continued for the second consecutive day. This has resulted in the complete disruption of the most basic necessities of life and has caused unprecedented suffering among civilians.
The Network further notes that the recent escalation of Rapid Support infiltration into residential neighborhoods in the northern part of the city, along with the killings and arbitrary arrests of civilians, poses a direct threat to the lives of the population and worsens the humanitarian catastrophe.
The Sudan Doctors Network affirms that the continuation of this situation portends dire consequences. We call on the international community and humanitarian organizations to take urgent action to protect civilians, ensure the safe delivery of medical and humanitarian aid, and bring an end to clashes within residential neighborhoods and civilian gathering sites.
