مجزرة بشعة ارتكبتها الدعم السريع مساء أمس في قرية “مركز الزيادية” بولاية شمال كردفان، أسفرت عن مقتل 16 شخصا، وإصابة 8 آخرين بجروح متفاوتة، إضافة إلى فقدان 6 أشخاص لم يُعرف مصيرهم حتى الآن، فيما وجد طفل محروقا داخل منزله في مشهد مأساوي ينتهك أبسط القيم الإنسانية والأعراف الأخلاقية والدينية.
تدين شبكة أطباء السودان هذا الهجوم الوحشي الذي نفذته الدعم السريع ضد المدنيين بقرية “مركز الزيادية” وتؤكد بأنه يمثل جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان، وسلوك إجرامي ممنهج تتبعه الدعم السريع ضد المدنيين العزل في السودان، في ظل تجاهل محلي ودولي محير.
تدعو شبكة أطباء السودان المجتمع الدولي، ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان، إلى تحمّل مسؤولياتهم القانونية والإنسانية، والضغط من أجل وقف هذه الانتهاكات، وممارسة مزيد من الضغط على قادة الدعم السريع وداعميهم، لضمان حماية المدنيين في مناطق سيطرة الدعم السريع وفتح مسارات إنسانية للمحاصرين منهم.
Sudan Doctors’ Network: 16 killed and 8 others injured in varying degrees in an attack by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on “Markaz Al-Ziyadiya” village in North Kordofan
A horrific massacre was committed by the Rapid Support Forces yesterday evening in the village of Markaz Al-Ziyadiya in North Kordofan State. The attack resulted in the killing of 16 civilians, and the injury of 8 others with varying degrees of wounds. In addition, 6 people remain missing, and the fate of some is still unknown. A child was found burned inside a house — a tragic scene that violates the most basic human values, moral standards, and religious principles.
The Sudan Doctors’ Network condemns this brutal attack carried out by the RSF against civilians in Markaz Al-Ziyadiya, and affirms that it constitutes a full-fledged war crime. It is part of the systematic criminal conduct the RSF follows against unarmed civilians across Sudan, amid disturbing local and international silence.
The Sudan Doctors’ Network calls on the international community and human rights organizations to take legal and moral responsibility, to act urgently to stop such violations, and to intensify pressure on RSF leaders and their supporters to ensure the protection of civilians in RSF-controlled areas and to open humanitarian corridors for those under siege.
